Please be aware that the street name has changed from Panther Path to Bear Path. For old navigation systems or map websites, 6901 East Panther Path, Prescott Valley, AZ 86314 may work better. The key thing to remember is that the location has not changed only the street name. Bear Path is between Long Look Drive and Lakeshore Drive. The 2026 Prescott Hamfest is co-sponsored by the Yavapai Amateur Radio Club (YARC) and the Amateur Radio Council of Arizona (ARCA). The ARRL has also sanctioned this hamfest.

Hamfest Schedule:
- 0730 – General Hamfest Admission Begins
- 0800 – Hourly Prize Drawings Begin
- 0900 – VE License Exams
- 1130 – Grand Prize Raffle Drawings Begin
- Noon – Hamfest Ends
Admission Fees
- General Admission – $5 per person
- Swapfest Vendor Admission – $10 per 9-foot-wide parking space, with one free admission per space. Limit of 5 spaces per vendor. Swapfest Vendors are urged to Pre-Register here.
- Full-Time Students FREE with Student ID.
- Persons 16 Years and Younger FREE.

Swapfest Vendors are encouraged to Pre-Register Here for Swapfest Tailgating parking spaces. Pre-registration will ensure that you can quickly enter the hamfest. If you do not pre-register for swapfest spaces, there is no guarantee that any spaces will be left for you to rent on the day of the hamfest.

Order Grand Prize Raffle Tickets Online
You can order Grand Prize Raffle Tickets online here. These tickets can be picked up at the hamfest or if not picked up by 1000 MST on the day of the hamfest, they will be filled out for you and deposited for the 1130 MST drawing. For every $10 of raffle tickets purchased, your name and call will be entered into a drawing at the next month’s YARC meeting for $20 worth of free raffle tickets until the hamfest.
You will also be able to purchase grand prize raffle tickets on the day of the hamfest, as long as supplies last.
Hourly Prizes
Hourly prizes will be drawn from the deposited Grand Prize raffle tickets at 0900, 1000, and 1100 MST. Once a ticket is drawn, the ticket will be redeposited into the Grand Prize Raffle drum to be available for drawing of the Grand Prizes. You must be present at the hamfest to pick up hourly prizes by 1130 MST.
